CONCENSUS on the best replacement for a SX20 ??

For the past 10 years I have installed mostly norstar or meridian systems. and done mostly maintenance to mitel and tie systems . recently I have been asked to replace an old SX20 in a 32, and possible upgrade to 48 room motel . I know This is probably on the wrong form , but i would really like to hear your opinion of what system you think is the best replacement , and is there any concensus?.
