Concatenating a database field inside a text field using the RDC?

Hi. I'm trying to put concatenate a db field inside a text field I've created for an RDC report. It's really easy in the crystal environment but in the rdc it seems impossible. Is there a trick to this?

I just tried it and you are right, it doesn't seem to work the same way. I will check and see if that is a feature that was lost in the RDC. Ken Hamady

I found a way to do what I wanted but I basically had to export the RDC report to CR, make the change, and then put it back in the report over again. What a pain. If anyone finds a different faster method, PLEASE share it.
