concatenate fields into one field in another tabl

I need to concatenate a number of fields. Users select records, then click a button that loads the records into a query and opens another form. After doing this, I need to take one field from all the records and combine it into another filed in another table. I need help with the code on this. I have tried a few things but always seem to be missing something to get it to work.
