I have a Concantenated field in a report that I would like to use to make name labels. The report is actually an Interoffice memo and I would like the labels for the "CC" field.

In the query the Expression for the "CC" field is as follows:
-----------------------------------------------------------
Expr3: [CopyTo1] & Chr(13) & Chr(10) & [CopyTo2] & Chr(13) & Chr(10) & [CopyTo3] & Chr(13) & Chr(10) & [CopyTo4] & Chr(13) & Chr(10) & [CopyTo5] & Chr(13) & Chr(10) & [CopyTo6] & Chr(13) & Chr(10) & [CopyTo7] & Chr(13) & Chr(10) & [CopyTo8] & Chr(13) & Chr(10) & [CopyTo9] & Chr(13) & Chr(10) & [CopyTo10]
-----------------------------------------------------------

Any help would be appreciated............

I can't say that I agree with your un-normalized table structure but if it works for you then use it.

You can replace some "&" with "+" since a Null value will null the adjacent value if concatenated with +. For instance
=Adress1 & Chr(13) + Chr(10) + Address2 & Chr(13) & Chr(10) + City...
If Address2 is null then the first Chr(13) + Chr(10) will also be null.
