concactenate "mailto" URL prefix to textbox

hi all,

i'm completely new to access 2000 and i'm trying to concactenate "mailto" URL prefix to a textbox so when the user types jim@msn.com in the textbox the hyperlink is mailto:jim@msn.com and not can someone please explain how to do this?
