I am trying to combine duplicated record in Crystal Report and I don't know how. Can anyone help??? The reason I am doing this because we had duplicated employees with same social security number and being enter twice into the system, and at the end of the year they will get 2 or more W2s depending on how many time they are entered. So I am trying to figure out a formula in crystal report to combine the 2 duplicate into 1. Help please! and thanks in advance!

Select Database->Select Distinct Records.

Supply specifics about your versions of CR and the database used.
As a quick workaround, create a group on whatever identifies the data as a duplicate (such as SSN), and then place all of your data in the group footer rather than the details section.
You'll only get one row per SSN.
