ComWin information 1

I am looking for any information on the ComWin application? I can't seem to find anyone that has any detail knowledge of it. We are trying to access the HiPath 4000 via dial-up and everytime we try to access a CLI we get disconnected. The problem lies with the ComWin application and nobody seems to have any idea about it (Even Siemens)............
