Computers not picking up drive mappings?

Our domain has a script in the top level of the domain that maps certain drives for all computers. In addition, each user gets their own U: drive (which is set through their Properties area in AD). However, I have 3 computers that, despite being in the correct OU, do not pick up any drive mappings at all. Event Viewer says that it could not run our mapping script because the script itself could not be found. However, it can access all network areas fine. Furthermore, 27 other computers in the same room (and OU) work fine. Any ideas as to why these 3 don't seem to get the hint?

The script name is spelled correctly in the user properties for those three users?
