I went to a setup on Monday to look at an issue with the computers crashing when they're using Outlook 2007.
It turns out it wasn't crashing but rather it was hanging while loading, this has only been happening over the last 2 weeks. There's several mailboxes running from different email addresses for different businesses. There have 5 different computers all accessing the same mailboxes from Windows Vista and Windows 7 but when they change between the mailboxes it hangs while loading it, sometimes up to 5 minutes.
This has only started happening since a change in the broadband to a different phoneline. There original broadband was 3.5mbps and there new broadband is 2.5mbps going into the same building....strange!
Is this enough to make this hanging happening? Does Outlook update everytime from the internet when someone changes to a different mailbox? Should it be doing that?
Thanks, Luke
