Hello !
I have the problem that sometimes computernames are locked, not the user itself, the account is still available. The server says then that the access for this computername is denied. There is no reason for this to be found in the logfiles. Can somebody give me a hint ?
Thanx

The username you are logged in with has to have local administrative rights on the PC. If the PC is a member of the domain, and you are logged in as a member of the domain admins group, this should take care of it.

Another item to consider: when the PC first boots up, even after you have logged on it may still be starting services, in which case the service database is locked, and you can't change anything. A few seconds later this will clear up... - Bill
