I have a computer who is connected to two networks

therefor this computer has two net-cards

everything works fine

how i can make sure that the internet connection works

only through network 1 ??

thanks ray

Only list a default gateway in the properties of the card you want to go to the internet.

I tried to remain child-like, all I acheived was childish.

i set manually IP and subnetmask but no default gateway

and DNS i set manually as well

after that, the network connection to this network not work anymore.... for whatever reason...

after i set the defaut gateway, everything works... but unfortunately the internet connection as well...

strange..

route... hmm

werde mich mal schlau machen

vielen dank

You can probably use "route" command with preference value for network 1.
