Want to take a formal computer course to become more comp. literate for BCM's and IP phones. Any suggestion as to what type or kind of classes needed? Would just a regular computer class (if there is such a thing nowadays) work or should it be more specialized? Thanx for all suggestions!

Global Knowledge offers an IP fundamentals online course that explains IP and how it is built/travels, etc. It is a great course explaining how IP works and travels.

Yes the BCM is a Computer, but computer training has nothing to do with BCM's. You need to go to Global Knowledge and that a course on the BCM.
