Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) 1

Hi,

I am working in telecommunications industry for some time now and I would like to start studying CTI too, but I don't know with what I should start (courses, self-studying). I saw CTI as being a require for some jobs in telecom.


Any ideas on that?

CTI is an open ended type of requirement. It means different things to different people.

You might want to start by looking through CT magazine and see what grabs your interest. It looks like they have recently converted to "Communications Convergence."
