It is difficult to recommend a PC without knowing your needs and how it will be used. It is safe to say that right now the most bang for the buck is with Intel's Core 2 Duo( the "2" is IMPORTANT!) E6300, E6400 or E6600 CPU and either an Intel 975 or 965 chipset, or the nVidia i680 chipset. Do you plan to buy a pre-built PC or build your own?
I'M SORRY
you are right
i wont to build my pc with my self, i want to buy the mother board and all the cards (sound, tv,...)
and the cd drive, monitor, ....
i want to collect a home pc, no high graghic, may be some games, also office
Did you check this out? It's a combo, really slick. I still use a floppy all the time, for disk diagnostics, F6 drivers, bootdisks etc. The first PC I build without one will undoubtedly need one for something or other...
Laptops have survived for ages without Floppy Drives and desktops can too.
With Vista accepting USB Flash Drives for SATA Drivers, and with BIOS updates typically being run from Windows, there really are very few needs for a floppy drive:
- On an old PC without USB
- For installing Windows XP on a system with an SATA main HDD
I mean if you have a floppy drive and you're buying a new PC and it will fit in the case that you get, then by all means transfer it...just disable it in the BIOS until you need it. Otherwise, if you don't have one, there's not much point in buying one specially.

OK, so you don't use a floppy from one month to the next but the point is, it's there for those one or two occasions when they can be an absolute godsend.
That combined with the fact that this unit has a very useful card reader makes this a worthwhile purchase.
I am forever using my card reader to download my digital pictures (that can be as much as a Gigs worth of images and attaching my 30D canon direct would simply be too slow in comparison)
