Computer Management Problem

When I try to manage a computer on my network, I get the message "Computer <name.domain> cannot be managed. The network path was not found." My network is running perfectly otherwise.

I tried installing adminpak on the computer I wanted to manage, but it still wouldn't work.

I suspect that this could have something to do with my group policy not being applied to my domain users (see my last posting).

I would appreciate any help. Oh, and does anyone know of a good freeware firewall?

I have noticed that unless the machine you want to manage has file sharing enabled, you cannot connect to it. There is a setting in group policy to deny login from the network but it is not enabled by default. Hope this helps. Fish
