I have a test set up with 1 workstation and 1 server, both W2K.

The computer part of the GPO doesn't apply to the workstation, whatever the user.

I ran gpresult, and in the listings of group membership, the computer is in the BUILTIN\Administrator's group.

If I apply the GPO to the administrator's group, it works.

I can't see the computer in the admin group, so can't remove it. Have tried net group as well - that again said the computer wasn't in the group.

I'm stuck. I didn't put the computer there delibrately, and I don't know how it got there.
