Should I worried about password/other info. being stolen?

I was online a few nights ago. I got a bunch of pop ups and then a screen for my mcafee anit-virus popped up and it said that it had found and got rid of a trojan (can remember what one it was).

After this happened, i tried to run the anti-virus to see if there was anything else on it, but i could not get it to run. i restarted it, tried to run it again, then restarted in safe mode, tried to again, but still couldn't get it to work(i tried this with mcafee antivirus, security center, etc..).

when i click on the icon, the get the hour glass for about a second and then nothing happens.

i ran a mcafee online scan and this is what it says:

C:\...\shellscript_loader[1].js JS/Exploit-DialogArg.b
C:\Documents and Settings\...\md[1].htm JS/Exploit-DialogArg.b
C:\Documents and Settings\...\installer[1].htm JS/Exploit-DialogArg.b.demo

I manually unistalled mcafee, but was unable to re-install it. I also installed an old version of nortons. I was able to update the virus definitions with live update, but was unable to run a scan. The program keeps getting shut down automatically.

I've tried a few of the free online scans/free downloads, but they have not picked up the trojan. This is what I have tried:
A-Squared: Panda: Bitdefender: TDS-3:
Are there any ways to manually remove the trojan or other programs that I should try?

Close all windows, rerun HJT - put a tick beside the item pattern listed below and click FIX CHECKED:

O10 - Unknown file in Winsock LSP....

(You may also need to 'endtask' on panda EXEs or terminate other rogue EXE’s from task manager. If you can't get at them because of running malware, use (freeware) ‘process explorer’ from
Then d/load and run LSPFIX:

Thanks for the help.

Sorry if I am being dense; I'm not really sure what I am doing here.

I ran HJT and tried to remove those three lines, it told me that the computer had to re-boot to make the changes. When it did, the lines were there again.

I downloaded process explorer, but wasn't sure which EXE's needed to be shut down. Should I just uninstall Panda Titanium Antivirus instead of shutting down through this?

I tried to run HJT in Safe mode and got the same results.

Which of the processes should I shut down?

Do you have any restore points that you could consider going back to?

Can you find 'Panda' in 'Add/Remove Programs' to uninstall it? Try that first.

You may have to (temporarily) disable 'system restore' to fix HJT items:

In 'process explorer' sort on 'company name' title and kill any processes that are not from a familiar company like Microsoft or a process known to you.
