Computer in Standby mode...when does it wake up?

Does anyone know if the Epo would prevent this pc from going into standby mode? The Agent is set to enforce policies every 5 minutes (is that too often?) and check in every 60 minutes w/the server.

Does it enforce policies if it is in standby mode? The president of my company is asking me this...and I can't answer it or find any information on NAI.

Turn off screen 15 minutes
Turn off drive Never
Standby Mode 30 minutes

any help would be appreciated...
