Computer Group "windows nt 4.0 servers"

Hi,

I implemented some rules on the computer groups:

-windows nt 4.0 servers
-windows 2000 servers

I' m certain the rules are compatible with both operating systems.

They don' t work for managed windows 2000 servers nor for managed windows nt 4.0 servers :-(

Do I have to add the computer names of the servers to their corresponding computer groups explicitly?

What is going wrong here? How can I debug errors with respect to this kind of situations?

Did you wait for a polling cycle on each agent manager that the machines connect to? If not, you can force a poll by right clicking on the agent manager(s) in question and select Scan Managed Computers Now.
