Computer freezes when opening extensions manager

My Print Shop program will no longer open (freezes midway). When I try to get to my extensions manager, the computer freezes. I have tried to start up the computer using the CD. I am then able to access the extensions manager, but my mouse is frozen, so I can't disable any extensions. I think this all started when I tried to us a photo processing website. This computer is hooked up through a network with antivirus. I have an iMac G3 with OS 9.1.
