computer description information? Possible?

In the Computer Description field on each machine, we have the building number, room number, and phone number where the machine is located. Is it possible to include this information in a query? We export query results to Excel for our Help Desk and it would be great if they could know the location information as well. Is it possible? Any help would be appreciated!

Yes, it is possible. Look into IDMIFS and NOIDMIFS.

I was just wondering if the Computer Description information that is associated with each computer is manually inputted? I am researching whether my company with over 400 machines should use SMS or some other package.
It all seems good, except we want to know where each client is physically located. Is this possible?
