Computer crashes

I have a CS1K with CP 4. I have a user that "states" when listening to a voice mail message though the computer the computer crashes...,sometimes. But if the user listenes through the phone never a problem. I don't understand why this would be since the player is running under both conditions. Has anyone else seen/heard this?

The player isn't doing media conversion when listening to the message on the phone.

Sounds like some sort of application conflict. Try re-installing the player. Better yet, try playing a simple .wav file on the PC and see if it crashes then too.

Nothing wrong with the Call Pilot itself.
