Does anyone know of any programs available can help someone keep track of their clients and input information on each client? I guess I could create a access database for this but if there is something else available already setup let me know thanks.

Guess it depends on what if anything you are willing to spend. There are plenty of help desk applications out there which will not only keep track of your customers but every call or task you do for them. But many of these are expensive. OR you can do just the customer part along withthe invoices and paymets in your accounting system. Not sure exactly what level of detail you want here.

Questions about posting. See faq183-874

Have you looked at salesforce.com?
There is also the classic "Act", which is a desktop app.

Timeslips is also very popular with law firms. It's fairly robust, though, with time tracking and billing built in.

I have heard of all of these but I was thinking of something which I can use to to include system information for each client's computer, etc my hourly rate with them, but I'll check these programs out and see if they'll work for me. Thanks for the tips.
