Computer Connection Jack - Disable? 1

Hello!

Is there a way to disable the computer connection jack on a 9608G if you don't have an HTTP server? (i.e. where the 46xx/96xx text files reside?)

From other stuff I was reading it sounded like a FAC or 46xx settings
Appreciate the help :)
