Computer artist / aniamtor wants to show pics, Is Front page best

I want to show my computer art and animations on the web to get work. Is Front page the one to use , over and above Microsoft Publisher 97?

microsoft publisher is made more for print media... front page is made only for internet web page design...

(editor's note why mix yellow and red when you already have orange)

front page is pretty good, and to be honest, it's the only web design software i can use...
