Computer account in AD not showing detail

Hi all,
I have a domain that I have upgraded from Win2000 to 2003 R2. I had a problem with replication but got that figured out. Now when I join a computer to the domain, it will not show the details of the OS. It only shows the general tab with the machine name complete with the domain name. The OS tab is empty. I have taken it out of the domain and rejoined the domain 3 different times and even changed the name of the computer before I rejoin the domain with no luck

Please help as I am stumped.....
