Has anyone here taken this exam? If so what level would you guage it at, Network + or more difficult/in depth?

Cheers.

porkchopexpress,
I hate to see this....You asking about Linux....

Anyway, I started studying for this less than 2 years ago, but changed jobs, so kind of tapered off this certification.

Depending on how comfortable you are with Linux, I would say it's not that difficult. Learn to run Linux with the command line, instead of the GUI, and you shouldn't have a problem. I know you were going to set up a lab (saw the post in one of the Linux forums), so you'll have the stuff to play with.

For me, and from what I could gather from the books I got, I would say the test would be basic knowledge. Some reviews even call it as easy as the A+....I'd say in between the A+ and the Network +.

Well now i know all there is to know about windows (i wish :)) i need a new challenge. I've picked up the study guide and it looks fairly straight forward i'm starting to get the hang of the CLI now so we'll see how it goes.

Cheers.
