compression Worries....

I'm looking for a compression tool to use with my VB6 project but I'm having no luck... whatever I choose doesn't come with examples of what to enter in your project and how to compress/uncompress files...

Does anyone have a simple a compression/uncompression tool I could use? And examples if possible...

I'm prety new so please go easy on me ;o)
