I want to learn data compression. Can anyone suggest any link with simplest data compression c source code. There is always a new solution for the same problem.

Hi!

I have a matlab code for image compression. It basically doe sHuffman coding of the symbols in the image file to achieve compression. If u want , I can send u the matlab file.
U just have to translate it to C.
