I recently created a 1 min video in Premiere 6.01. Every compression tool in Premiere resulted in very poor looking video. So I exported to a .avi file without any compression, which resulted in a 220Meg file (even without compression, the transitions looked bad). Then I inported this .avi into AfterEffects 5.0, exported using Cinepak compression, and everything looks awesome!! All the transitions are great. However, the file size is only down to 60Meg. Is there any way to compress this down to around 10Meg or less. Every other compression tool that I've tried in both Premiere and AfterEffects have resulted in very poor video. Is Media Cleaner any good? Am I doing something incorrectly? Please Help!?!
