Could anyone please advise me as to how do I create a Primary Key comprised of information from two fields. One of these fields is an Auto Number and the other one's value is entered by the user.

If you are using autonumbering, you do not need a compound primary key.

If you are trying to force uniqueness for the user-entered field, consider instead setting the index property of that field to Yes, No Duplicates.

In design mode for the table, select both fields and press the primary key button.
