Does anyone know what the error 'The client called Scanner manager before being properly registetred' means and how I can ge around it. I'm trying to use an exe included in scanning software, I've already manually registering it with regsvr32 but still no luck. Ideas?

What is the name of the file that you have manually registered?
Does this have a dependancy file (same name with .dep extension)? If it does, are all of the files listed in the dependancy file correctly installed and registered?
Did you get any error messages when installing the scanner software?
Does the supplier have a help line?
