I'm in the process of creating a website in Flash MX. I'd like to create some arbitrary animation like some images flying by in a loop. These would go in the corners and other areas. Is there a way I can make an animation like this as a component with a transparent background? I'd like to be able to reuse some animations like this. But I would like the backgrounds trasparent so I can see other images behind them.

Maybe this isn't a component question.
Is there a way to create small animations and them add them to one larger movie? And have the background transparent on the smaller ones?

Here is an interface that shows what I mean:

On the upper right of this interface there are triangles or arrows that are animated.

Correction upper left of the interface.

sure just make the animation inside a movie clip then from the library drag a copy of that clip onto the stage
