Component Transfer Error?!?!? 1

I'm trying to install Cisco VPN for a user. During the installation process I recieve the error:

Component transfer error
Component: Disk<1>
File Group: <Disk1>Disk1 Files(1)
File: C:\Program Files\InstallShield Installation Information\(then it gives a registry key)
Error: Access is denied

Im logged in under our main admin account and the software is installing off of the desktop. Ive tried in safe mode and recieved same error.

Also when I try to install web cam software I get same error. I found a Component transfer fix but this did not help.

Anyone have any ideas?

Have you checked the Access Permissions for the Registry Key mentioned?
