When I go into Component Services and Click on computers instead of opening up that folder it takes me right back to the Administrative tools windows.
When I go into COM+ and try and start it I get the message:
The Com+ System Application service on Local Computer Started and then stopped. Some Services stop automatically if they have no work to do, for example, the Performance Logs and Alerts service"
I have reinstalled COM+ and that hasn't solved the problem.
I am using a Dell computer with Windows XP SP3 which was downgraded from Vista.
Does anyone have any suggestion as to how to resolve this problem.
