? Component Install with DLL in other Path

Hi people !
We need to install some components but we need to put
DPK DCU and DLLs needed into a non default path
(we have no access to windows\system32 nor delphi sub-folders)
Let´s say we will install component X with its DPK, DCU and
specially its DLLs all in C:\XComp
How do we configure Delphi (7) to understand this ?
