complied reports uninstalls crystall ver 8

Hi,
We are using Crystal ver 8 professional edn on NT Workstation, Novell Client. Tried installing compiled reports twice i.e scr_distr_expert.exe on the PC. Each time it uninstalled crytal reports ver 8 professional edn on the PC.

Any ideas/solns?
