COMPLICATED QUERY PROBLEM

2 LINKED TABLES - I CANNOT CHANGE THE TABLES

Table=LOADS
Key Field= LOAD
one record per LOAD

Table=CHARGES
Key FIeld = LOAD
many records per LOAD

Example of CHARGES table:

LOAD CODE AMOUNT
12345 ABC 25.00
12345 XYZ 50.00

I have my relation set between these 2 tables - but
I need (somehow) to show them in a query as 1 LINE - not 2...ANY HELP WOULD BE MUCH APPRECIATED!

you mean you want to report something like:

LOAD CODE
12345 ABC, XYZ

Need:

Load Code Amount Code2 Amount2
12345 ABC 25.00 XYZ 50.00

Is there a max number of CODES that you know in advance or can a single load have 100 codes?

Could be unlimited number of codes per load
Could also have same code twice but with different amounts.

I've grouped by Load in my Report - but it's reporting the amounts twice.
