Complex number query

I am trying to work on a query and am having trouble getting it to work correctly.

I am trying to use two ranges to pull troop information.

I am looking for all troops below 6000 and all troops between 7000 to 8000.

Does anyone know how to write this as criteria in the Design View of a query?

<=6000 OR Between 7000 And 8000
