I'm the admin of an open source application and accidently checked into CVS a file with my smtp email and password listed in a config file.
Realizing my mistake I changed the config file to not have my email and password in there and checked it back in, but if someone was going back through older revisions of the config file they could stumble across this information.
Is there a way to wipe out an old revision of a file from CVS so no one could ever stumble across this data?
Thanks.
