Completed Time On A Activity?

is there a way to make act display the completed time on an activity such as a telephone call? it displays the time you started the call or todo, but i want to display both the time the call is started and the time it is completed or cleared and hopefully track the duration.

If you enter the duration when closing the activity, it can be displayed in the History... depending on the version of ACT!

We have developed and add-on for ACT! called Calendar View Plus which that allows the users to display ANY field from the contact or activity table.

Here are the date / time field that you can display:
Start Date
Start Time
End Time
End Date
Time
Time and Duration
Duration String
Duration Value
Edit Date
Create Date
