I wonder if someone can help..

I am running Veritas back-up exec 9.1 on a windows2000 server bacing up user data and exchange mailboxes. For a while now i have been getting the an error that stops the job around 82% through. This does the if i verify or not. The error is

Final error: 0xa000fe09 - The directory is invalid

Final error category: Resource Errors

i have had a look at this and cant find what it means i can guess that it is to do with the Tapes or the Drive but i dont know what to do..

ANy help will be greatly accepted.
