Complete outlook agenda set to tentative ?

I received a notification from a collegue, that my complete outlook agenda is filled with 'tentative', making it impossible for someone else to schedule a meeting at a proper time. I just learned that another collegue is having the same issues, and we are both not sure how to fix this. Can anyone help us out ?
