All of your Docs (on CD) should be there in a box or somewhere on site. If not, call the vendor who installed it and ask them to return the docs to the site. Every system has them. Then start reading and become familiar with all aspect of programming and trouble shooting that system. Don't try to shotgun it, or you'll have a real mess.

if you ever worked on a Norstar it should be very familiar if you know nothing on Norstar, please call someone and have them show you while there. it will be well worth the money once you understand how this machine works.

I was out of the business for about 5 years and then got back in. The BCM50 was just coming out and I had never worked on them. I took the docs home and studied them. I searched the forums, like this one, to help with issues I had. I browsed through Element Manager to get familiar with it.

Manual is also on BCM. Too hard to explain procedures if u have no base knowledge of the system.
