We have subscribed to a spam/virus filtering service. Great service, it has stopped over 6000 spams and 3000 virus laden messages in 14 days! Some spam is slipping by, and I need to forward the offending e-mails with complete header information to the company. Will forward as a attachment do what I want? We use groupwise 6.5

Yes. That will preserve the mime.822 header.

P.S. Just curious: What service are you using?

Hi,
They will probably want the messages in Raw MIME format. This is hiding in the attached file MIME.822. I usually open the message them do save as and select the mime.822 file. This file is ASCII text with all the Header info included. Just change the file name to something.822 then you can attach and E-mail them to your service. They will probably add them to their SPAM collection so that the filtering software can learn to recognize them.
