Compiler Error Message: BC31019: Unable to write to output file..

Here's something I don't get. My .NET website works fine. But when I modify a .aspx file (or copied it indexCopy.aspx), the same or new .aspx file does not work. It'll give me the following err:

Compiler Error Message: BC31019: Unable to write to output file 'C:\PRC\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.1.4322\Temporary ASP.NET Files\root\b97f3aa1\30ef6ec4\8mefnsuu.dll'

Now I have given the ASPNET acct Write, Full permissions to the framework folder. So why am I getting such errors after a modification/new aspx file?????

Weird stuff.
Try adding the account Debug User.
When I run into this I uninstall the framework and reinstall it and all is well.
