compiled report alternatives

I have the developer edition ver 10.0 In crystal 8.5 I have compiled reports, and I know they were getting away from compiled reports,

What options are available to distribute reports with the ver 10.

I looked at your website, I have one question in regards to version 10.

will this work with version 10?
