while user is trying to open a Word email attachment in GroupWise, receives the error listed above.<br><br>Any ideas?&nbsp;&nbsp;I'm VB illiterate.&nbsp;&nbsp;Thanks in advance for any input and using no &quot;techie&quot; talk.
