I'm the IT person for a medium sized organization running a single server with Open Enterprise Server (Netware version).
Recently, we installed Kaspersky antivirus as well, and we started getting some machines with random blue screen errors.
I discovered the problem was related to a conflict with the Novell Client we are using (4.91 SP3 with post-SP4 patches). Novell says the solution is to simply install a newer client, which has fixed the bug.
The problem is, the supported platform matrix on sage's website indicates that it only supports the Novell client we currently have if we're running an OES server, and not the newer ones. This document is over a year old, so I was wondering if this has changed and it would be safe to install Novell Client 4.91 SP4 or SP5?
