I have Office97 installed on our Citrix Server and completely spaced it when it came to running the compatibility script.
We've been running along for a little while when I started seeing some problems which I think should be solved by the script -which made me realize I'd never run it -
So now, I'm wondering, what impact will running the compatibility script have on clients after they have already begun using the application?
Should I uninstall the application, reinstall it and run the script and then roll it back out to the clients, or is it OK just to run it now without redoing the clients??? Anyone?
